Private Yoga

Getting to work privately with a experienced teacher is often the best way to begin learning yoga. It can help the beginner learn specific poses and proper alignment. Private yoga lessons can also help safely take the more seasoned practitioner into advanced poses in order to reach the next level.

Private lessons are great with friends or spouses, or get a small group together and experience the wonders of a private yoga session.

These yoga practices are for people ready to tap into their inner power; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Not only will you work every muscle from movement and breath, but you will open to a calmer more peaceful spirit to help you live life to it’s fullest.

Yoga Instructors

Our talented instructors work with everyone from seasoned yogis to first-timers to improve strength, poise, balance, flexibility and endurance.

Preparing Yourself for a Heated Class

  • Room heated to 85-95 degrees.
  • This warms the muscles to help you develop strength and flexibility.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early
  • Bring a mat
  • Bring a towel – you will sweat!
  • Come on an empty stomach
  • No perfumes, colognes or scented lotion
  • Hydrate sufficiently before and after class
  • Place cell phones on vibrate or off
  • Remember there is no competition – where you are is where you should be
